In September 2022, ASTMAX Group celebrate our 30th anniversary.
We have been able to continue our business for 30 years thanks to the warm support of many people, including our shareholders, investors, and business partners. Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you.

In the 30 years since our founding, social conditions and structures have changed significantly, including the market environment, economic situation, and the development of IT technology. Recently, we are seeing a series of social trends that affect our business, such as the liberalization of electric power, the progress of SDGs, the promotion of DX, the review of working styles　and changes in the international affairs. We believe that society will continue to change, and that it is the times when the organization which can cope with various changes quickly can survive. Under these circumstances, in August 2022, we have transferred　the shares of an asset management company within the group and clarify that we will develop our business as a comprehensive energy business company with energy-related business as our core business.

Our group's mission is to "Think about our future - All for a sustainable world -", and our vision is to "Capture change and Lead to evolution", envisioning the near future. We must continue our corporate efforts to contribute to building a sustainable society and improve our corporate value. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we would like to make steady progress over the next 10 to 30 years, based on the “Mid-Term Management Vision 2025: Deepening and Evolving Business” formulated in November 2021.

In an ever-changing environment, it is important for all of us to steadily take ONE STEP every day as a company that can continuously generate profits and contribute to society. We intend to further increase the value of our company by actively promoting the discovery and commercialization of new business opportunities, rather than simply digging deep into existing businesses.
